“When we started looking at new build properties in Auckland we didn't realise how much of a task it would be finding the right company to work with. There are so many developments in Tāmaki Makaurau at the moment so it began to feel overwhelming when looking into all the different options.

Luckily for us, we stumbled upon Titus Group who had a development project just off the southern motorway in Otahuhu.

This particular property ticked so many boxes for us. The price was achievable, the location is great with easy access to the motorway. The unit itself has a good amount of space and modern design and a promising rental appraisal.

The Sales Team were very laid back and knowledgeable, we never felt like anyone was trying to push us with anything. We had a lot of questions on site, and following up with emails and they were very quick to respond, clear and completely transparent about all aspects of the build.

After getting the thumbs up from our financial advisor we decided to go ahead we then had to deal with the task of getting all the documentation together, performing due diligence and transferring the deposit. Titus were very helpful and clear with every step and we felt very supported and safe through this process.
